Privacy Policy

• Account info: your email and name, and profile details like preferred activities
• Activity and registration info: adventures you host or register for, and attendee details a host's questions ask for
• Location: only if you allow it in your browser, used to show adventures near you — never sold, never stored beyond that search
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe for paid tickets — we never see or store full card numbers

To run the platform: creating your account, processing registrations, sending sign-in codes and activity confirmations, and showing hosts who's registered for their adventures. We don't use your data to train models, and we don't sell it.

• The host of an adventure you register for sees your registration and any answers you provide them
• Stripe, to process payments for paid tickets
• Nobody else — we don't sell or rent your information to third parties

We use your browser's local storage to remember your sign-in session and theme preference (light or dark).

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site and improve your experience. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location using cookies and similar technologies. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's do-not-track settings.

You can update your profile at any time from Account Settings, or email us to request a copy or deletion of your data. Deleting your account removes your profile; past order and attendee records may be retained where a host or payment processor needs them for their own records.

One More Hike is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
