By creating an account or using One More Hike, you agree to these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of a community, you're agreeing on its behalf too.
We use passwordless sign-in — a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for the communities and adventures created under your account.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their activity listings — dates, location, difficulty, capacity, and price. Paid tickets are processed by Stripe; One More Hike does not store your card details. Refunds are between the host and the attendee unless a host has published their own refund policy on the activity listing.
One More Hike is a scheduling and ticketing tool. We don't lead, guide, supervise, or insure any adventure listed on the platform — hosts and attendees do. Hiking, camping, kayaking, and similar outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including terrain, weather, and wildlife, that no amount of planning removes entirely. By registering for an adventure, you acknowledge those risks and assume responsibility for your own safety and preparedness, including any gear, fitness, or experience level a listing recommends.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk.
One More Hike is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from adventures organized through the platform, or from acts of other members.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
